One of the toughest challenges any Rotogravure Printer could face is correctly meeting the customers' expectations in printed color outcomes.
This is mainly due to the nature of Rotogravure printing on different substrate of films that carry different tones and clarity also with the variation in the printing environment. This problem has been a major stumbling block often having to go through time consuming cylinder corrections.

In order to overcome these obstacles, Wonji developed the very first CMS (Color Management System) in the industry. Under the guidance of CMS, all colors and different platforms of printing environment is registered under a computer ICC Profile, virtually eliminating time wasting color correcting processes. With the CMS process, all printing outcomes and color correctness is pre-guaranteed per customer's specification.
Also, our CMS system uses digitalized management for color ink mixing, hence bringing out the maximum printing quality on every single run.
